Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on ensuring your order is shipped on the same day you placed it and if not, the day after so as to ensure you receive it as soon as possible. Our delivery takes about  2 - 3 working days for delivery taking in to account Public/Special holidays.  Our delivery partner delivers nationally at a flat rate of R99,99.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that despite our best efforts, sometimes our customers can experience challenges upon receiving the product. To resolve this, we have 30 day policy in place. Unfortunately, if your purchase has lapsed this duration, we will not be able to refund you or exchange your product for a new one. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your product.

To ensure that you qualify for a return, we require that your product be sealed, in its original packaging and unused. We may also request that you accompany the product with your proof of purchase. The shipping costs of the product to our premises will be at your own cost. Once the product has been reviewed internally, we will confirm whether or not the refund or exchange has been approved and we will then issue a new product or process a refund with 5 - 7 working days directly to you.
